Oat milk is rich in dietary fiber, supports digestion, and contains essential vitamins and minerals. It’s also known for its ability to help lower cholesterol levels and maintain heart health.

 

Ingredients:

  • Two and a half  scoops of oats (35 grams). Ensure to use certified gluten-free whole grain oats to avoid gluten contamination
  • Water up to the 600 ml minimum line of the container
  • Two pitted, chopped dates (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional for sweetness)

         

        Directions

        Step 1: Add water up to the maximim line of the container.

        Step 2:Add Two and a half  scoops of oats (35 grams).

        Step 3: Optionally, add sweeteners such as two chopped dates and one teaspoon of vanilla.

        Step 4: Select the JUICE function on your Plantesia device and let it run for 3 minutes. For a smoother milk with no residues, consider running two cycles of 3 minutes each.

        Step 5: Enjoy your creamy fresh oat milk.

        Additional Tips: For extra creaminess, soak the oats in water for a few hours, rinse them well to remove the slimy texture, and then proceed with making the milk.
