Summary:

An excellent choice for those with nut allergies, rich in ALA, an omega-3 fatty acid that's beneficial for heart health. Naturally sweetened, gluten-free, and vegan, it's the perfect complement to smoothies and cereals, imparting a delightful nutty flavor.

Ingredients:

  • Hemp seeds or hearts (30 grams or two 30ml scoops)
  • Pitted, chopped dates (three) or maple syrup (1-2 tablespoons)
  • Vanilla extract (two teaspoons)
  • Sea salt (half a teaspoon)

 

Directions:

Step 1: Fill your Plantesia Maker container with 600 milliliters of water up to the maximum level indicated.

Step 2: Place 2 scoops (30 grams) of hemp seeds and 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional) into the filter basket. Add the vanilla extract and sea salt to the water.

Step 3: Select the ‘JUICE’ function on your Plantesia device.

Step 4: Once the cycle is complete, enjoy your creamy, fresh hemp milk.
