Ingredients:
- Hemp seeds or hearts (30 grams or two 30ml scoops)
- Pitted, chopped dates (three) or maple syrup (1-2 tablespoons)
- Vanilla extract (two teaspoons)
- Sea salt (half a teaspoon)
Directions:
Step 1: Fill your Plantesia Maker container with 600 milliliters of water up to the maximum level indicated.
Step 2: Place 2 scoops (30 grams) of hemp seeds and 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional) into the filter basket. Add the vanilla extract and sea salt to the water.
